Pastor Aaron Buer begins our Ancestors of the King sermon series by exploring Jesus’s genealogy in Matthew 1. We see God’s extraordinary promise to Abraham and discover how Abraham’s trust set God’s plan in motion to bless all nations. We’re challenged to consider how we, like Abraham, can trust God’s promises and become channels of blessing to others. Through Matthew’s genealogy, we see Jesus as the ultimate fulfillment of God’s promise, bringing his blessing to all peoples.
